Actually he's bigger than me and I texted him lastnight bout it and he didn't answer me. I didn't get his friends info but his friend is even bigger. I rather be out a couple hundred dollars than something bigger. Actually I still have the conversation of the sale on Facebook.

That sucks bro! its safer to buy from someone you know on small electronics or even ebay. You have buyers protection then. Craigslist works for some things but be leary of the thiefs. Yourw lucky that the transaction went well for you.

Give the phone back to the poor dude that lost it and take solace in the knowledge that one of these days the dbag that sold you the phone will pull something like this on the wrong person.
