Who has the best price on a parts kit with or without barrel? Needs to be a stamped receiver just want to finish my project any help will be appreciated.

I am trying to get away with a cheap build so any parts kit or if most all parts are there I can find missing parts.

OP cheap is pretty relative, a few years ago parts kits were what I would call cheap. Now whatacountry, copesdistributing and centerfiresystems are good starting points for less expensive kits
