Alaskan cruise and rail options?

Wife has been after me to take her on an Alaskan cruise for several years now. I would like to ride the train though part of Alaska and then cruise 3-4 days on inside glacier track back down to civilization. Anyone has good recommendations for a trip like this?

We did this last year. Fabulous time! Need 10-14 days to not be rushed! I will let the wife send the particulars. I don’t remember none of the BS.

The Alaska Rail trip from Fairbanks to Anchorage is beautiful. Stop in Talkeetna/Denali overnight at the lodge and ride the train out in a day or two. Also, the journey to Seward is pretty phenomenal.

Or if you're at port in Seward or Whitter you can catch the railroad out for a few days. Both are nice options

Been to AK 3 times.
Did the train portion from Seward one time...overnighter in Denali...continued on up to Fairbanks.
Took a bus tour another trip.
Awesome !!
