Alien Gear holsters?

I haven't bought a new holster since I started seeing alien gear around, and with the purchase of a new 23 its time for a new holster. I've always loved the feel of Tagua super soft iwb for 6 and 11 carrying positions, and their quick draw owb for 3 o'clock. Hybrid holsters have always looked bulky and uncomfortable to me so I've never bothered to try one. That being said the 2 holster combo from alien gear seems to be a heck of a deal for around only $55! I can't seem to find on negative review online? How is this even possible, I've got a box full of holsters I didn't like? Anyways, I don't post on here much but to trade and sell, but I always see good advice going around so I thought id try out the forum. Right now I'm considering the cloak 2.0 or 3.0 and the owb? Any input on the holsters and difference b/t hooks would be greatly appreciated.

I've got a couple of the 2.0s. They are nice and comfy. I guess one negative is that their BIG but have to be to accommodate a wide range of firearms. I use my AG to carry at the 8 oclock position (I'm a lefty). I think it's too big for 9 oclock (3 oclock). I don't think you'd be dissappointed

I got 3 cloak 2.0 and carry the CZ p-01, Sp-01 (same holster) and 1911 defender/ officers/commander (same holster) and a 38 revolver in them and I like them myself.

I have 2, one for Glock 43 and one for HK USP compact. Mine are original tuck. I've had zero problems, and the more I wear them the better they fit.

I'm a big guy with pretty hefty love handles, and the extra leather that goes up further is nice for keeping the back of the slide from digging into my side ( I carry at 4 o'clock). I use the steel clips, I got the brown ones to more closely match my belt. They are very secure and keep it from sliding around.

I had a Sig P290 before, and I sent my kydex shell back and traded out for a new one when I got my G43, took a week and a half and was zero hassle.

I like mine and would like to try a tuck 3.0.

So i have an AG Cloak Tuck Original and other than small differences it is very similar to my Aegis Armory with the belt slots cut out. Has anyone ever tried or considered punching out or cutting out belt slots in their AG holster so that it can be worn OWB and IWB?

I have one for my CZ P07, just ordered the shell for my Shield 9mm to swap it out. I love mine.
