i have enough expense with a stray hound(he is literally ripping empty bags of dog food and licking it) so i can't afford another dog to feed

I have three rescue pitbulls and they have been the most amazing dogs !!! They are great with my children and extremely friendly almost too friendly !

I typically don't comment on other people's threads, but I make an exception when it comes to pit bulls. I agree with the above poster that you should consider having your dog fixed so this does not happen again. There are millions of unwanted pets in this country and a huge number are pit/pit mixes. Pit Bulls are subjected to abuse in so many ways, please stop contributing to the problem.

well said hogdaddy. over 9 millions dogs are killed every year in shelter due to over population

Guys thanks for backing me up on this ! If you go to the metro area animal shelters most of the dogs in there are pits or pit mixes . They are over breed and this problem is out of control . There are so many wonderful dogs that get put down because they won't get adopted out and the shelters are over crowded . It all boils down to irresponsible pet pet owners who breed and just add to the problem . Like hogdaddy said they are subject to abuse like being forced to fight and if they won't fight they are killed or worse they then become bait dogs used for for training other dogs . If you have a pit and need it fixed and HONESTLY don't have the funds PBRC.NET will fix your dog for free or at a very low cost ...

I might be interested in a brown female if still available. I have 3/4 acre, 2200 sq.ft. house and she'd be inside mostly as family dog. I agree with Striders comment up top. Somethin aint right there. I got my first pitty 11 years ago and she is so awesome. I'll not own any other breed. Such wonderful and loving dogs. Possible to update pics? Love your pic Paddle, I have a sweater like that for mine when it's cold, she's such a sissy
