this was a great step for more gun freedoms

What sucks is it takes years to gain footing in the gun liberties... and just one sensational news story to set us back.

"ATLANTA -- Two men were arrested Monday morning after shots were fired in an apparent road rage incident on I-285 during the morning rush hour, according to police.

No one was hurt by the gunfire, which happened at the Langford Parkway exit on the southwest portion of the southbound Perimeter Highway.

Police said a man got out of a silver Lexus and began firing at a truck that he said forced him off the road.

The drivers of both the Lexus and the truck were taken into custody by Atlanta police. The driver of the Lexus was arrested for firing his weapon. The driver of the truck was arrested for reckless driving
"

The wife of the driver of the Lexus, Cynthia Smith, said the driver of the truck was trying to run her husband off the road. She told Kavanaugh that the truck driver appeared to be trying to "kill him."
Det. Scott Preistly of the Atlanta Police Department said the driver of the pickup truck and the driver of the Lexus were involved in a game of "cat and mouse" on I-285 that ended when the pickup truck driver pinned the Lexus driver into the wall. The female driver of the SUV involved in the accident was not involved in the road rage issues, police said.

Pin me in the wall, and I am going to shoot your ass too!

okay... so you have the truck pinning a lexus in the wall.. and the wife of the lexus guy throwing out key words such as "kill" to obviously attempt to justify the level of force used

seems a little one sided to me. You know who really knows what happened? The truck driver and the lexus driver. Lexus could have very well flash or pointed his gun at the truck driver who then (if it were me) would have run that f*ck tard into the nearest stationary object possible

it is a little hard to believe that someone would just ram into another vehicle for something as simple as being cut off or middle finger.

so many sides to every story
