I couldn't do it. It was 12 this morning and I glanced out the window and had 4 walking across my back yard.
Went to check cams at property and no shooters on camera. I'm going to pretend that means there were none in range from any stand.
I hope to get out one last time and it'll be a wrap. That'll be fine. Like always duringdeer season... I'm ready to go fishing anyway (and vice versa).

I was there all last weekend, and would have hunted today if I didn't have to work. I will be back at it Friday though. I am getting excited about turkey season, as I actually heard several gobblers sounding off Saturday morning. Crazy to hear them double gobbling in 26 degree weather.

I was out there yesterday. I think the limit of my hunting gear is a bout 25 degrees. Yesterday was about as cold as I can stand.

Plan on going back tomorrow if time permits.

I seen bucks dogging does all over the woods yesterday. None were big enough for me to freeze cleaning them. My fingers were going numb a hour before dark
