Midway has IMI 5.56 at 24 cents a round with free shipping right now, so I wouldn't consider 20 cents a round for Federal .223 low-balling. Is it loose? Could there be questionable reloads mixed in?

You can get a 10 pack of Gen 2 PMAGS for a little over 100 bucks, the 10 rounder and 15 rounder mags, maybe 8 bucks a piece? I would probably just throw those in for free if I was selling the package.

Maybe 250, definitely not 300.
