Ammo selling out quick

the only ammo I have had trouble finding locally is 5.7. Use to be plentiful at about $30 box; enter the Ruger 57 pistol and poof, all gone. Wonder if FN is holding back shipments.
Maybe Federal will step up production of their 5.7 since Ruger came out with the 57. Range tests seem to indicate the Ruger will feed/fire anything.
My AR57 upper doesn’t seem to like the Federal brand. Think it’s the rounded ogive on them. Won’t feed reliably out of my FNC 50 round mags.
hopefully. And it would be nice if others were to start production since it is apparent the Ruger is going to make this a more popular round. My PS90 and banshee will feed either, but the masterpiece arm only likes the FN. Yes, I have several children that need feeding.
Really like the look of the Banshee but price and 20rd mag capacity kind of a turnoff. Probably get a Ruger 57 when they get cheaper, and looking for a 12’’ AR57 upper to build a pistol so I can use my 50rd mags.
yeah, it was a bit pricey but wanted another quality 5.7 carbine. Pro Mag does have a 30 round mag.
kinda human nature, we all think we have more time. Many a will is drawn up when someone is on their death bed. Nothing new here.
Took my son to buy us some crickets. I was talking to the guy that owns the store. I asked if they had been selling lots of crickets. Owner told me they are selling lots of everything. Told me he has no 9mm in the store fm just or hollow point.
Someone needs to tell the folks out here in the sticks that there is an ammo shortage. Normally on the weekends you here a person shooting here or there throughout the day. Today folks all around have been shooting since sunup - getting ready for the flupocalypse I guess.
