Ammo Shipment Sabotaged?

I ordered some ammo that was shipped via UPS. When it arrived, the outer box had been opened and one of the inner boxes containing a case of rifle ammo (10 boxes of 20) was completely soaked in some sort of solvent or oil (maybe WD40?). The inner boxes weren’t packed like they normally are with brown paper for padding. Because the outer box isn’t damaged or wet on the outside it looks to me like this was intentional. I suspect someone opened the outer box, sprayed the case inside, and did a poor job of packing it back up. Anyone else experience anything like this?

It didn’t sit on my porch. I picked it up 30 seconds after UPS left my driveway.

Didn’t happen to go City of Industry California on it way to you? I had a rifle stolen when it took a detour from Connecticut to Georgia. Seemed a little suspicious.

I would contact seller send it back,ask for refund or replacement, and let them decide who to bitch at.

This. You did not get what you ordered in the condition it should have been. This is a problem that should be between the shipper and the shipping contractor. I would ask for refund or replacement.
