Ankle Carry Advice Please

I carried a Glock 27 on my ankle for over a decade in a Galco Ankle Glove. Still have the same holster, and about to go back to using it with a Glock 26.

From my ankle to yours my friend.

I also carry a 26 on my ankle. I forget it's there most days.

Tuck something flat like a keltec p3at or taurus tcp

I carry a titan .25 in a pocket (in addition to a 9), sure its a 25 but they cycle and put holes in things

I have carried a Sig 938 on my ankle many times. You will all ways feel the weight and tends to rock a little. Two different brand holsters same results with either. Uncle Mike was the better performer.

Again, thanks everyone for the advice and opinions. Anyone have any personal experience with the PF-9? Reviews are mixed that I can find. I had a P-11 years ago and it functioned flawlessly. Just curious cause it is still a consideration due to the size .

I carry a Glock 43 on my ankle almost everyday. I work standing up, climbing ladders, up in ceilings, under desk, fishing cable up and down walls, all sorts of odd positions and places.

I wear short hiking boots all day, and my holster sits right on top of my left boot. I wear Carhartt jeans everyday, that have a nice wide pant leg.

I have never had an occasion of my pistol coming loose, showing to others, or shifting on me. Most of the time I forget it is there, and I end up wearing it all night at home until I go to bed and remember to take it off.

I'd prefer a hammerless airweight J-frame for ankle carry. More for the reliability factor that you seem to be worried about. I'd imagine an ankle gun is going to get dirty and gunky.
