Could be a brown water snake. Need a better pic of the head and top pattern. Looks a bit dark for a copperhead to me.

I was guessing brown water snake, I'm I wrong there has been a lot of rain on lake Sinclair and flooding

She took a stick and pushed him off the dock now she has a mess to clean up down there the flood waters come across the top of the dock and made a big mess
