I need help with a quit claim deed. Local lawyer quoted me at $250 to fill it out and give it to me to file with the county, and that seemed a bit strange to me. So before I commit with him, I figured I'd ask on here to see if there's anyone on here that can help me out first.

Do you need an attorney for that? We did one years ago, but I can't recall.

A quit claim deed is a basic document. You fill out the form, get it notorized, and file it with the county you're in. We just did one his year and it was pretty easy.
