Yes he started shedding it a little over a week ago

Back on topic, here's an eight in velvet, and a 10 who is scraping his off. They were together this morning. I didn't realize the antlers were red when they are polishing them. Haven't seen that before though.

the red is blood, the velvet is vascular essentially , antlers get a little bloody when it’s rubbed off .
