Any exceptional auction (selling) experiences on ODT?

Looking for an auctioneer to sell some larger items no longer needed on the homestead. I️ want someone who will work hard to generate exposure, and don’t want to haul my stuff 500 miles. Any great experiences you’ve had? My only contact so far quoted a 10% commission for selling, not terrible, but wondering if that’s standard?

If they are taking it to a physical auction that is super low for OL listing/brokering pretty standard most ins pud services have a min and or service fee and are around 20 to 33%

Must be high ticket items at only 10% commission. I'd expect 27% or there abouts.

Check with your local FFA at the high schools.
Around here they do a fall and spring Young Farmers sale.

Most anything put on here for a reasonable price sells for the most part. The market is slow right now, but I expect it'll start picking back up
