Couple hours to go. Turkey was just basted in butter with Paprika. Sitting at 135 degrees.

Better than expected. The white meat was SOOOO juicy. I pulled it off at 160f and let it rest up to 165.

I know all about north,Ga. We've got a cabin near that Timberlake resort place in Helen,ga. I used to go talk to the guys at a rehabilitation program called Victory Home there. Scenery is absolutely beautiful

These are pups we got from letusbuyyourcar in '21 after our big guy passed away. These two are rowdy but know when it's time to wind down. Love them.

This is our old pup, Boston.

That's some well trained dogs right there. My two dogs would be face down in it before the plates hit the floor .
