Not really just havent found anyone wanting to get rid of a note 3 for a iphone 5
I have the galaxy tablet 2 and it works very well nice and crisp!
You can't go wrong with the note 2,3 or s4 all fantastic phone's
I can't think of a much better reason to get it lol. Note 2 with contract is $200 note 3 is $300 unless your going to buy it used/new without a contract the I understand.
Just make sure you can l8ve with the Note 3 before you buy it. I think the S4 is the perfect size for a phone. Big enough to not fat finger when typing or texting but small and thin enough to carry comfortably in the pocket. The resolution of the screen is ridiculous too. Battery life is very good.
Do it and don't look back. Best phone [Note 2] I've ever had.
