Also once you join up a group of us meet up sundays around 12:30 at a park by the gym to get extra pad work in. You are more than welcome to join. Ask around once after class and someone will give you more info.

I appreciate this. Definitely will see me out on Sunday. Trying to get all the pad work I can. How much is it for Sunday work?
