Just take him to Kroger and act like you racing with buggy,we as parents have a issue,if it don't cost a lot we not doing right about our kids.

Going to Barnes & Noble on Saturdays for "story time" has become a standard routine for us. A book, sometimes an activity, and the demo trains & legos to play with, and books to read. Sometimes we buy something, but usually not.
I think some Krogers have the "kiddie karts".
The Olympic Park fountains. Near the children's museum too.
