Any recommendations for a natural arthritis treatment.

I made a new batch and added a little white and red pepper, it's hard to taste any one thing. It said the pepper makes the turmeric more effective. And I know everyone is different, but the wrist pain was constant for the last year, sometimes with not even moving it, it would keep me up at night. Sometimes just picking up a coffee cup, caused such a sharp pain I would drop the cup. After one week, I have no pain.
You hear that on TV and they are trying to sell you something. But this is working for me.
I appreciate the suggestion but I'm allergic to the ginger.
That's the problem it seems.
A lot of the combinations to help treat the arthritis have ginger as a major component.
I've picked up some good ideas from this thread and am actually implementing several of them already so I'm grateful for everyone's imput.

I have started to endure arthritis myself. I've been juicing since Christmas. Changing up my diet for the good. I have cut out all gluten, I quit eating peanuts, peanut butter and watching out for any foods that have lectins and seed oils I buy whole turmeric root and juice it, mixing with some fresh pineapple juice. I am drinking a very potent 3oz shot glass a day. i also make some strong ginger shots cut with pineapple and lemon that will make you slap your ole lady twice! I drink a 3 oz shot a day. I am starting to feel a nice noticeable improvement. I buy my vitamins and supplements from only companies that third party test for maximum quality

You old guys probably have lead posioning which is causinging this joint pain
I don't doubt that at all !!!

I spent my entire life eating from a classic Correll butter print dishes and cooked Pyrex and Teflon lined frying pans using vegetable oil and margarine ...not to mention the lead-based dishes at Shoneys

I know there are a lot of suggestions in here, one that helped me by accident that surprised me was an antihistamine. I got a cold and took a Sudafed with antihistamine and all of the sudden my joint pain went away. I googled it and there is evidence it works, but they don't know why. Also cut out nightshades from your diet.

Have told this story before: My wife was suffering from increasingly bad arthritis, has an esophagus condition that won't allow her to take traditional arthritis meds.

Out of desperation, we switched to a keto style diet. Cut out almost all sugar, dramatically reduced carb intake. Way up on fats, proteins.

It made a world of difference, and was effective within a week of starting. It's not an easy lifestyle change (give up most bread, pasta, chips, any kind of sweets/candies/ice cream). But the results are worth it. I've had lower back pain over the last 30+ years, and that got significantly better with the low carb diet.
