I appreciate the suggestion but I'm allergic to the ginger.I made a new batch and added a little white and red pepper, it's hard to taste any one thing. It said the pepper makes the turmeric more effective. And I know everyone is different, but the wrist pain was constant for the last year, sometimes with not even moving it, it would keep me up at night. Sometimes just picking up a coffee cup, caused such a sharp pain I would drop the cup. After one week, I have no pain.
You hear that on TV and they are trying to sell you something. But this is working for me.
That's the problem it seems.
A lot of the combinations to help treat the arthritis have ginger as a major component.
I've picked up some good ideas from this thread and am actually implementing several of them already so I'm grateful for everyone's imput.
