I lost 4 end of last summer. Put out traps this year and usually catch a swarm or two but nothing so far...
May buy some nucs next spring.

this a a swarm in 21 that the day before had several scouts flying around the trap. I bait it with a balm made of lemongrass oil and beeswax. The trail cam picked up some really cool photos

its kinda freaky when they swarm but awesome. And they are really docile when they do. An I dont shoot them... actually with all the poison and varmints that kill bees its hard enough to keep them alive and going.
