Anybody else dread going to work on Monday?

I was told that staffing is 60% below what it needs to be and everyone is suffering for it.

We have lines that have basically nothing to work on and other lines like mine are covered up. There's tons of job openings that aren't being filled bc of the hiring freeze that should be lifted soon...but where I'm at we actually have enough people. The real problem is they aren't holding people accountable. So the worker bees are getting disgruntled...

Some are probably DEI hires but they're not the entire problem. Actually they're only a small part where I'm at
