Anybody else dread going to work on Monday?

Don't want to take away from your venting, because awful coworkers can make any job unbearable.

BUT... M-F, no forced overtime, all holidays off, great annual and sick leave, nearly impossible to get fired, ample opportunities for training/classes, able to leave work at the gate when you leave... best job I've ever had.

Again, I can sympathize with having awful coworkers. Work on your resume and take a look at the job board page maybe?

You're right. I was gearing up towards another position until the hiring freeze. Now I'm just completely unmotivated, and I just don't gaf right now, in part to what I alluded to in post #28. I realize this is a "me" problem but when upper management allows this kind of behavior to go unchecked, it has a demoralizing effect...

Hang in there man. Time will go by quicker than you think. I’ve been gone 2-1/2 years. Seems like yesterday. My wife took the early out when they offered back in May. She is a different person now without the stress. You got my number. Call me sometime if you need to vent or we’ll drop a hook in the pond.

I appreciate it man! That's so awesome y'all are both retired now. There's 10 years difference between me and my wife so it's gonna be tough for us to retire around the same time as each other. Gonna sure try though!
