I agree with everything you've said. My job has been stressful lately, but it's usually not this bad. It will get better. But if it doesn't...I'll have to consider other options. Management is going to have to get their employees under control. It won't get fixed 100% though lol...

You're right. I was gearing up towards another position until the hiring freeze. Now I'm just completely unmotivated, and I just don't gaf right now, in part to what I alluded to in post #28. I realize this is a "me" problem but when upper management allows this kind of behavior to go unchecked, it has a demoralizing effect...

Yea it's bad and the grass ain't greener anywhere else either. Are you paying the bills? You living well? You could be ahead of most everyone else. I wished I could've had a job I knew I could keep as long as I wanted to work. Do you get time off? And you have a pension. Those things have been going away everywhere.
