View attachment 226634How did I miss this thread? Here's a pile of bacon I made. I buy a 50lb case of pork bellies from a wholesale place, cure, and smoke my own. I used to think Wrights Brand was the best but now I know different. I can control exactly how salty and smoky it is. I made about 20lbs last month for the start of hunting season. We eat good in camp.
