Anybody ever had luck killing yellow jackets

At one time Ace Hardware sold a tall skinny can of foaming spray. It would shoot a stream about 15 feet and expand sealing the hole. The ones returning would stick in the foam and die instantly.
I got lit up bush hogging a month or so ago. Seriously thinking about a bee suit for the next bush hog job.

Get a tractor with a cab and ac.

You think yellerjakets are tough, hang the bushhog on a hollow stump full of bald headed hornets

With hot water, around 125 degrees? Ive had a nest that Ive been procrastinating on dealing with but we’re having a yard party in a couple weeks and they need to go. Trouble is, the entry hole goes horizontal after a few inches in. No way to successfully dump gas. So I dumped close to 30-40 gallons of hot water. Never saw a single one exit the nest but I could hear some pissed off yellow jackets buzzing underground. Total run time was 15 mins roughly. Nest filled up with water after about 10 mins. Im thinking I won this battle... got another nest in the front yard I need to douse if this is successful.
Park a running lawnmower on top of their nest.

You can buy concentrated Permethrin at Tractor Supply or online. Get the high percentage mix. Mix up a 5 gal bucket and dump it on the nest after dark.

100% kill rate

Permethrin is a plant base chemical so it doesn't hurt the ground. After it dries it's safe for pets and children.

not for cats
