Anybody in Woodstock/Acworth have a decent torque wrench that will do 140in/lbs I could use for about 30 seconds?

Basically title. Snapped the first round of screws putting a barrel back in an MRP upper using a cheap ass amazon torque wrench. Need something decent to get this barrel back in and upper running again.
