Busted hard by an old gray mama doe. She blew and stomped for a good 2 minutes. I'm screwed for a while. The next hour is definitely shot for me.

Don't count on it. I had one do that to me this morning and had 4 more come through in less than half an hour. I never got a shot but I am stoked about the spot.

Was looking forward to power hour tonight then my wife walks down to my spot at 7:00pm and says she flooded the kitchen and basement by mistake and needed my help.

Talk about pizzed off.

First day in this ladder stand in my back woods too.

Later we saw the deer cross the street in front of my house on our way back from Home Depot which means they would have passed my stand if I were there.....doh!
