I seem to have stepped into a Jeep thread appearing to be an owner. I am not. Just saw the two threads adjacent and made the connection, lol. That CJ was from this ad.

In 85 I had a hood ornament of a pink Daffy Duck on my silver cj5. Plastic, everyone kept breaking it and I kept gluing or safety wiring it.

I never seen any others until about 6-7 years ago

lol, I doubt it, it was just done as a joke in England, and the when it got back to Travis AFb, I sold it, maybe the other guy started it.
I have had 14 jeeps and two FJ40s, all duck less
