I got to the woods a little late today dang tire went flat on the way in. Ended up walking past 3 people up in stands along the road bed. So I ended up setting up a small ground blind with the camo mesh I keep in the backpack way out in a pine thicket.
Ive heard 2 come thru just out of sight.

Dang time change messed me up, had to sprint to my spot. Squirrels everywhere until someone on the property line squeezed off a big bore. Did salvage the morning with 4 on the ground. Kid wouldn't get out of bed, LOL.

Well got up in the stand at 7:00 started to call them and seen something in woods it came closer yep a 8pt its on he was in full jog on a mission so i shot he ran found him on the ridge got it.
