Anyone Else Place a Mail Order for M1 Carbine??

I placed an order for one of the CMP M1 Carbines last Saturday too. Now that all of those are gone and there's no telling when any more will be available, what happens to our order? Do they just cancel it or hang on to my paperwork and credit card number in case some come in? It'd be great if they'd provide some answers on their website.

They said that some would go on backorder but who really knows. With 5000 orders and 2000 rifles, I'm sure most will never hear anything back... So sad...

BTW, I am now accepting m1 carbine donations for my "non-profit" organization. All donations are 100% tax deductible and can go on the 2015 tax year Anyone.. Anyone????

If your order got their Monday with the 5,000 for the 2,000 carbines they will start randomly grabbing them to enter into the system.

If you are lucky they will send you an email stating your order was received and not to contact them (A DBU or Don't Bother US)

They have 1,000 on hand and will ship those within the next 2-6 weeks.

They have 1,200 more coming from the Army so orders 1,001-2,200 will get a back order e-mail.

You are in line to get one.

Everyone else left over will get a sold out e-mail.

I "need" a WW2 M1 about like I need 2 mailboxes, but it was a great price and I know coming from them that it's a legit US mil surp rifle. Oh,well!
