I've been mainly buying ammo, not because of a panic but because it's the cheapest I've seen in years and it makes no sense to wait until it goes back up later on.
I did finally buy a couple of new cans though, mainly because they both did something none of the ones I have right now do. Also, the Silencer Shop kiosk and one-shot trusts made it almost as simple as it used to be. Did it happen to be right after all the media about the VA Beach killer using a can?

buy gold and silver when its down
buy stocks when they are down
buy ammo when it is down
and swap between the 3. if one is too high then buy the other IMO
