YOU MIGHT TRY THE ( DAV ) DISABLED VETRANS OFFICE ON CLAIRMONT NEXT TO THE VA HOSPITAL.I HERE GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM..

IT TOOK ME 51/2 YEARS FOR MINE TO GO THROUGH.

Contact the DAV. They helped me with mine. They Will get things going for you.

The State Veteran's office is there to help you. Great for filling out forms, etc. Good people.
But for big problems, join the DAV. They have trained experts in litigation and will fight for you.
