Anyone know how to go about getting a lifetime fishing license for the state of Alabama

Go to Alabama DNA website and look at current hunting and fishing regulation. Without establishing proof of residence (dr lic, bill receipt, etc) you will need non-resident ($$$) license.

Yeah that is pretty much what I surmised. I was just hoping that there was some other way to get one if anyone had any experience doing so.
What I did figure out is that a lifetime license is still good even if you move out of state for the rest of your life. I was thinking use a family members residence in Alabama for a few months get the license then change my residency back to Georgia.
