Could be Diamond S

Could be Diamond S

correct. He was very involved in my former scout troop in Lilburn. He use to sell knives out of Main Street in Lilburn. I have one of his knives as well.

Since I'm diggin thru my collection I may just post a few more here, regardless if the maker is known or unknown....

Here's one of my favorites from Wayne Hemsley. One of the coolest guys I ever met, unfortunately he is no longer with us. 😞Pictures dont do it justice, and keep the feet comments to a minimum please!

"I started making knives part-time in 1973 while working for the telephone company. In 1978 I joined the newly formed Knifemaker's Guild and currently serve on the Board of Directors. Originally I marked my knives with an arrowhead with my initials - WHG - but in 1980 I changed the marking to HENSLEY. In 1999 I retired from BellSouth after 38 years of service and became a full-time knifemaker. I have been a resident of Conyers, Georgia since 1965.I am a member (and past president) of the Flint River Knife Club; I am also a member of Miniature Knifemaker's Society; Chattahoochee Cutlery Club; Citizens Sheriff's Academy Alumni Association of Rockdale County; National Wild Turkey Federation; Ducks Unlimited; and, the Georgia Custom Knifemaker's Guild." Wayne passed away on November 1st, 2022.

Scratch that comment about posting any more here.... have a lot more than I remembered! Ill post new threads on some of the more interesting ones as I come across them. I know I've got another box somewhere, not to mention the ones just randomly placed around the house.
