Who can weld/repair a knife for me?

I didn't notice until you mentioned it but I think you're right. I have it boxed up for shipping otherwise I'd take another look

Gonna cost around $100 to repair it. If it was mine would replace it with a better quality chopper.
I'm good with putting another $100 into it...do you have any links or suggestions for a replacement you trust? I'm a little hesitant to look anymore bc I've bought several $100 knives from this company and I "thought" they were good knives. I haven't had trouble out of the others yet but after seeing underneath the scales of this one, I'm a bit disappointed...

I mostly use cheap knives, Faberware?, that were purchased at Big Lot's 15+ years ago. I had a really nice set of Solingen Knives that my ex destroyed by putting them in the dishwasher. After that I started buying cheap knives. I do have a set of Chicago Cutlery from the 70's that my mom used daily. Still sharp and in excellent condition.
What’s the overall length of the knife?
I'd guess about 10"
If you can’t get it fixed, I have one that’s @ 12” I’ll gift to you. Different brand.
