Who can weld/repair a knife for me?

Gonna cost around $100 to repair it. If it was mine would replace it with a better quality chopper.
I'm good with putting another $100 into it...do you have any links or suggestions for a replacement you trust? I'm a little hesitant to look anymore bc I've bought several $100 knives from this company and I "thought" they were good knives. I haven't had trouble out of the others yet but after seeing underneath the scales of this one, I'm a bit disappointed...

I mostly use cheap knives, Faberware?, that were purchased at Big Lot's 15+ years ago. I had a really nice set of Solingen Knives that my ex destroyed by putting them in the dishwasher. After that I started buying cheap knives. I do have a set of Chicago Cutlery from the 70's that my mom used daily. Still sharp and in excellent condition.
