Ahh, but they aren't wrong. I go to Canada a LOT and up and down the board the food is better at Canadian versions of US restaurants. The ONLY exception I've found it Chick-fil-a, which speaks to the quality and integrity of that company.
1. Tim Hortons - even the COFFEE is better in Canada.
2. McD's - always fresh cracked eggs, much better beef
3. KFC - never any mystery slime hiding underneath the crispy skin
4. Popeye's - they are pretty new up there, but the chicken is much better and no slime. Less fillers in the meat.
But, I gotta say the soft drinks in Canada suck, except for Canada Dry Ginger Ale.
He needs to just go on and say, wife can't cook.....LOL....Mine can't cook like her parents did. That was my misconception
Same locals after they eat......
Stopped in a Popeyes a couple of months ago and it tasted like chitt, like it just came out of a chemical bath. Popeyes as the best place for chicken when I lived in Louisiana.
Constantly amazed at the number of members who admit in posts that they know what **** tastes like.
Every day there’s at least one “it tastes like ****” testimonial.

Never understood the craze with Popeyes. It’s just heavily breaded chicken with no seasoning. Chick fil a is my go to for consistently good chicken.
Isn’t that kinda like saying rain is wet?
I'll take a Publix deli tender any day of the week.
