For those that do? Do you like one clip? Two clips? Leather backing? All kydex? I am wanting to give appendix a try having looked into it more. It will be for a G19. I like the idea of something like the pic below where its all one package. Anyone have experience with this kind of set up? I am a lean 160 with no gut (if that makes difference for appendix carry). Thanks.

Or two clip design like below...

2 clips for sure. Keeps it all more stable.

Appendix is the best way to keep control of your firearm in a crowded area. Don't have to worry about whats on your six.

It's also the most accessible from unusual positions. Especially on your back. You won't always have the luxury of landing on your weak side should you be put to or need to quickly get to the ground.

Ooooo!! :deadhorse:

I donno how/why anyone does it. It looks very unconformable for sitting. And it would make me nervous with the muzzle pointed at my junk and femoral artery...
Guns don't go off in holsters. They go off because people lose respect for them during the draw and re-holster process.

But yea... at least thinking of the repercussions of a pistol pointed at your junk and femoral needs to be part of the decision making process. For me... pros certainly outweigh the cons.

I have heard the benefit of two is more stability (same applies to behind hip carry) but have heard for appendix with one clip, it is more forgiving for bending and moving around because it will shift just a bit when needed...
One clip for appendix can certainly be more comfortable for this very reason... BUT... that movement can also put the grip of the gun low to the belt and increase the drawstroke difficulty.

Bottomline... doesn't really matter that much which route you go... as long as you practice how you carry. Know what your kit and your clothing will do.
