Ok I know I’m probably splitting hairs but you can hear the weights/buffers in my buffer when you tilt the gun back and forth. This isn’t a big deal but I’m setting this gun up with a 350 legend as a hunting gun and don’t want the extra sound.
Any advice on how to get rid of the noise? Should I get a different buffer? If so what kind? I have other AR’s that don’t make noise so I guess I could just swap the buffer from one of them. Lol

Are you normally tilting your rifle back and forth when you hunt?
Well when it’s hanging on a hook in your stand it’s straight up/down then when you tilt it downward to shoot you hear the weights in it. It’s really noticeable and I guess I never paid attention to it till I started building a hunting AR.

JP Enterprises silent captured spring. Not only will get rid of that but also gets rid of the thwang sound when your bolt is cycling.
