Troy Alpha Rail
Magpul MOE stock with some sort of bipod leg attached to it
Pistol grip appears to be something from Mako but not sure
Harris bipod
Unsure of optic and mount
Probably a Burris FastFire redot on the starboard side of the rail upfront.

And FYI, not a CTR stock...just a plain ole' MOE....note the absence of a buffer friction lock.

Yea looks like a 308. Looks like it has a can as well.
