I prefer simple, no batteries, switches, etc. The one year warranty on the P.A. scope would trouble me too. The Leupold VX Hog 1 X 4 is what I've gotten for my 300 AAC.

For those that don't know, there are public outdoor ranges if you aren't too lazy the check online. But, if that doesn't work, Delta is ready when you are.

Every serious target shooter should have a target scope. I have an older Tasco 30 power version. You will not regret buying a high powered target scope for working up reloads at the range.
