Item Name: AR15 .22LR conversion kit

Item Description: Hey I'm looking for a conversion kit to practice with 22 rounds instead of 5.56.
Show me what you got pls.

Found them on PSA for $198 but figured I'd see if anyone wanted to get rid of theirs for less

I've had no issues with mine and this was my 3rd one. The other 2 had 25K through them in the last 15 plus years.

The conversion kits came out back when most AR's were 1-12 twist. They work fine in 1-12, not so much in anything faster.

Also be aware it helps to get one of the dedicated plastic .22 charging handles as it helps alleviate an issue with empty casings getting stuck in the channel within a standard charging handle. Its not mandatory, but does help.

I have a rifle with a 1in 9 twist and the Ceiner 22LR conversion is about as accurate as 5.56. Not a tack driver, but it does OK. Point of impact shifts, of course.

I suggest the Redimag "better mag" adapter for magazines. It lets you use M&P15 magazines, and gives a real last round bolt hold open instead of holding the bolt open with an extended mag follower.
