IMO this is a much better deal than the DPMS deal. the DPMS is carbine gas length, I prefer mid length (this is) and the DPMS upper doesn't have the shell deflector nor forward assist, this DOES. I bought this and upgraded to the 6 pos stock. I am just waiting for my BUIS to arrive to shoot it. I am pleasantly pleased by now TIGHT the upper & lower fit together. in fact it's the tightest I've had so far (3rd AR, but have handled many for fitment). this is a great truck/beater AR15.

picked mine up at cherokee gun and pawn yesterday bought a mag and some ammo from them. really nice tight feeling gun its my first ar but it has a nice finish and shoots great. put a hundred through it soon as a got it outta the box with no issues. they also sent me a tshirt with it. also fast shipping and good customer service. ordered it monday it was at the gun shop wednesday.
