AR500 targets

Anyone know a local flo-jet guy cutting AR500 targets besides Safebuilder who will not answer the phone or emails on 3 week old orders?

I saw he has health issues of some kind so I won't pile on but not answering his customers in any way is unacceptable. I hate to do it but I'm gonna contest and charge back the Paypal payment.

I saw in a thread Am-sec cuts targets but they way overpriced.
