Seen something like this as it was happening. On a VERY windy day, the carts were being pushed out of the returns. Luckily there were no cars in that direction. Several employees were chasing after the carts.

Not that I suggest that that was the case here.

I think we're living in a nation full of sheepholes. But not "a nation of", since there are the exceptions.
