I have to admit along with my tithing if I see someone with a sign on a exit ramp, if I have some spare chance ( bills not nickels )on me I will give them some. If they are not above board in really needing it then that's on them. I give in The spirit of giving. I feel good about it. Once it's out of my hands it's up to them on how they use it.

Yeah I've had to remember this too when I know I'm getting burned trying to help someone. It's on them, not me. I'm happy to help somebody who's down if I can and I'm in a situation that allows me to help. But some of the repeat offenders(friends/family) that ask I have to gently remind them that I'm not a bank.
