This news is about 3 weeks old but I just found out (searched and didn't find it here). The Brady Campaign sued Armslist because someone that bought a gun from the site killed someone. I thought Armslist would come out of this ok, but a dismissal is awesome news, for them and the ODT.

This in spades, it is appalling how the anti-gun organizations misrepresent, distort and outright lie. With just a little digging one can clarify the misinformation but many just skim the surface and are very vocal of their misconceptions.
