ATF being sued over approving legal machine guns

I am e-mailing the attorney to find out what, if anything he would like to say.

I do agree though, something with the 2nd Amendment on one side and a brief of the case on the back with a link to the donation site would be nice.

Just got an e-mail back. If you still want to print up some cards you can go ahead. I personally am going to hold off for a couple of weeks to see what new develops. Then I will get a few thousand printed to make available to gunstores and shops in the area.

Thank you. I am looking through the posts and will join a later and post. If I can ask a favor, post #23 contains info on my old law firm.i am no longer with Mitchell day. My new page is www.sdslaw.us. My phone number is listed on my web page. Any way you can change that post so people don't contact my old firm? I do not mind you posting any of the info from www.sdslaw.us. Including my email address or number.

As far as what to print on the card, I would say just hold off for now. There will be MUCH more to read in the next two weeks, and I think you will have a better idea of the facts of the cases shortly.

Conflict of interest?
No way he will win and kill that great source of income.

First, I am the attorney filing the case and appreciate the support from anyone that wants to help. Yes, it is a long uphill battle. Our victory is not guaranteed.

Secondly, I'm not sure what you're saying. I am not taking this case because it is futile and I'm trying to make a buck. I took it because 922(o) and the NFA are unconstitutional and I want them gone and I believe these cases are so different from what has come before them, and we need to push. The left uses the court superbly; it's time for us to do the same.

For those that don't know me, I get that there is some skepticism. I have done a good bit of 2nd amendment work in my own state and in others. If you have any questions about my motives or my bona fides, I would be happy to address any of them. My website is www.sdslaw.us and my contact info is listed there. I saw a posting of my prior law firms information on post 23, and I am no longer with that firm.

Welcome to the ODT Stephen...might be a long battle but it should be fun, especially with the potential new arguments available this time. I'm looking forward to reading more and will set up a monthly donation later this week.

Thanks. I anticipate it being a long battle. I'm okay with that. As long as we can keep pushing to retain our rights, I think it is a battle worth fighting.

Thank you for what your doing! Ignore all those who think you are wasting your time . Some people have no fight left. If we don't fight unconstitutional laws then they will forever stay . Many stupid laws have been removed thanks to people like yourself . I can easily admit it's hard for me to imagine being able to buy machine guns as easily as suppressors but one can always dream and dreams with hard work can turn into reality
