Departing Puebla, MEX that is East of Mexico City, this is the "El Popo and Izta" volcanoes…. above the haze this morning, the peaks are between seventeen and eighteen thousand feet…

Imma just gonna admit right now, I had no idea Mexico had mountains that high.
That's a cool pic.
Yeah…. there's a lot of high terrain in MEX…. Puebla (where I departed from) airport elevation is about 7300 ft…. same for Mexico City…. it’s also at 7300 ft…. with a lot of higher terrain and mountains around…. not too many US airports that have a field elevation more than about 6000-6500 ft
