Standard issue golf tee, buy them by the bag.
Practice.
After I had to shutdown the home range several years ago because of encroaching "civilization" I needed something else to do to relax and get outside and a fellow odt'er got me started in axe throwing.
I primarily throw tomahawks and knives with a little axe worked in when I can.
Weather permitting I usually throw 4 or 5 times a week.
It's better than eating bon-bons and watching tv plus it's about all I can do exercise wise.
